Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Our commitment

Vassbrekke AS does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar US state privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others as they take effect).

We also do not use personal information for targeted advertising as those laws define it. Optional product features (for example Stripe checkout, cloud AI tips via xAI, or breach checks) are not advertising sales or sharing.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor GPC browser signals. When we detect the Sec-GPC: 1 header, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising and set a first-party preference cookie (privydeck-gpc). Because we do not sell, share for behavioral ads, or use data for targeted advertising, this confirms your preference. No further action is required.

US state opt-out rights

Even though we do not sell personal information, US state laws require a clear opt-out mechanism. This page satisfies that requirement for sale, sharing, and targeted advertising opt-outs under applicable state laws.

• Profiling for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects: we do not engage in this

What we do instead

• Provide privacy tools (tracker blocking, vault, DSAR letters) as the core product
• Use subprocessors only to operate the service (hosting, Stripe for payments, sign-in, optional xAI coaching, optional HIBP checks, optional Web Push)
• Avoid third-party advertising and product-analytics trackers on PrivyDeck itself

Consumer rights (access and delete)

California and other US residents may request access to or deletion of personal information. Exercise your rights directly:
