How we protect you

PrivyDeck combines DNS filtering, browser blocking, and a simple dashboard so you don't need to be an IT expert. Want a longer read first? Browse privacy guides.

Personal Shield (recommended)

Protect your phone and browser in minutes. Install privacy DNS with our guided steps, add the PrivyDeck browser extension, and turn on ads, tracker, and malware blocking. No extra hardware.

Your privacy score

A simple 0–100 number shows how protected you are. Follow the checklist to improve it week by week. See concrete wins like trackers blocked and lists active.

Protection modes

One-click presets for work (block social media trackers), travel (extra hardening), or family-safe browsing. Works on your devices right away. An optional home hub covers the whole network.

Household plan

Protect up to 6 household members. Each gets their own account and encrypted vault. Invite links keep vaults isolated. Turn on Family Safe mode for kid-friendly browsing.

Encrypted vault and account privacy

Store documents you choose to keep encrypted. Files and their titles/categories are locked in your browser before upload. We cannot decrypt contents or labels, but we do host ciphertext and file size. There is not yet a published independent cryptographic audit — do not treat the vault as a password manager or the only copy of private keys or recovery codes. Photos are scrubbed of EXIF metadata when possible. Create an account with a passkey only (no email), keep local tracker tips without sending data to xAI, and choose how long score history is retained. We keep the service database on encrypted company volumes where possible. If you lose your passphrase, your files cannot be recovered. How vault encryption works · Extension permissions and sync.
