Agreement
By creating an account or using PrivyDeck, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. PrivyDeck is for personal, lawful use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Using PrivyDeck
PrivyDeck provides privacy tools for personal use. You agree not to disrupt the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for illegal purposes.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled through the billing portal. Refunds follow Stripe's policies and our support discretion. Contact support@privydeck.com for billing help.
Data requests (company letters)
Letter templates are provided for convenience and are not legal advice. You are responsible for verifying requests before sending them to companies.
Vault
Encrypted vault files cannot be recovered if you lose your passphrase. PrivyDeck cannot decrypt your vault on your behalf.
Self-hosted deployments
If you run PrivyDeck on your own server, you are the operator and data controller for that instance. These Terms apply to your use of the software; data handling is your responsibility unless you use our hosted service.
Limitation of liability
PrivyDeck is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrivyDeck is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to PrivyDeck's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where required by law.
